This 12 week Buds prep is designed by Operators Association Athletic Director Greg DeLuca. Greg is a Navy SEAL who won a few national championships with Duke Lacrosse. He has a masters degree in Exercise Sports Psychology and designed this 12 week progression to get you in the best shape possible for BUDs. Buckle up and don't miss any days.
